RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support and manage the development and planning of the marketing strategy
  • Monitor campaign and business metrics based on targets given and be fully aware of trends and analytics, success and risks in order to increase rides
  • Own the relationship with department vertical head and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and secure the support needed
  • Design marketing campaigns that will drive both acquisition and retention for the business.
  • Manage budget allocation between promo cost and media mix that best suits business objectives, across both online and offline channels
  • Collaborate closely with digital marketing manager, social media manager and partnership manager to deliver an effective reach of target audience
  • Select, evaluate and own relationships with vendors to deliver high quality work within timeline and budget provided
  • Organize market research and report results to the business
  • Internal stakeholders, Agencies and Production houses
  • Ensure adherence to operating budget of Country Marketing and Vertical
  • Develop talent within the team by providing clear direction and support to achieve stretch targets.
  • Manage the team on a daily basis, including resolving issues and maintaining high motivation level within the team
  • Complete accurate, objective and fact-based performance appraisals for all direct reports on time

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor degree preferably with a focus on Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations and/or Business Administration
  • Comfortable with designing, executing and tracking successful digital marketing campaigns (SEM/SEO, email marketing, social media campaigns, integrated marketing campaigns, mobile marketing and direct marketing campaigns
  • At least 5-6 years of relevant marketing experience with a successful track record in planning an integrated marketing strategy and executing campaigns.
  • Familiar with the Thailand market and able to draw on local nuances to design marketing activities that are highly relevant to our customers.
  • Proven track record of success in achieving targets on time in a rapid growth and start-up environment.
  • Relentless in driving growth and able to embrace and tackle challenges
  • Effective in engaging and influencing marketing and sales team members to achieve targets
  • Resourceful and creative in coming up with ideas that complements different channels to reach, engage and grow the company community

Description

The ideal candidate is a rare hybrid, a computer scientist with the programming abilities to scrape, combine, and manage data from a variety of sources and a statistician who knows how to derive insights from the information within. He or she will combine the skills to create new prototypes with the creativity and thoroughness to ask and answer the deepest questions about the data, what secrets it holds, and to push the boundaries of what is possible with big data. Qualified candidates will have a strong academic background in mathematics or statistics, passion for data science, data mining, machine learning and experience with big data architecture and methods.

Responsibilities

  • Research innovative data solutions to solve real market problems.
  • Drive the creation of new models and capabilities that will leapfrog traditional bureau based modeling done at most major financial institutions leveraging a wide array of data from both traditional (credit bureaus) and nontraditional (data aggregators & other) sources.
  • Conceptualize, analyze and develop actionable recommendations for strategic challenges facing the organization.
  • Work with key stakeholders and understand their needs to develop new or improve existing solutions around data and analytics.
  • Develop analytical approaches to meet business requirements; this involves translating requests into use cases, test cases, preparation of training data sets and iterative algorithm development.
  • Manage data analysis to develop fact-based recommendations for innovation projects.
  • Mine Big Data and other unstructured data to tap untouched data sources and deliver insight into new and emerging solutions.

Experience 

  • Advanced degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, etc.)
  • 2+ years experience in modeling and predictive analytics with experience working with unstructured data
  • Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to design algorithms, which may include data cleaning, data mining, data clustering and pattern recognition methodologies
  • Strong skills in statistical analyses with abilities in advanced data management and statistical programming using SAS, and R
  • Experience designing and implementing Big Data solutions
  • Experience in customer scoring, risk modeling, credit scoring, fraud detection, causal analysis, and pattern recognition Familiarity with Agile methodology
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a highly matrix driven organization, at times under ambiguous circumstances
