Digital Customer Acquisition Lead (Bangkok, Thailand)

Responsible for developing and managing integrated marketing strategy and capabilities across organization


  • Work closely with product owners and marketing stakeholders to identify integrated campaign opportunities across online and offline channels
  • Manage marketing budget requirements and ad-hoc budget requests
  • Develop a data and performance optimization approach to marketing activities
  • Work with organization leadership to implement the appropriate marketing technology stack for organization
  • Report on a weekly basis to organization leadership on campaign performance and opportunities


  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including social/viral marketing, and marketing optimization processes
  • Savvy in field of media and entertainment
  • Ability to translate vision to concrete plans and to educate other parts of organization on products’ value proposition
  • Ability to identify target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing paid search and display campaigns
  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Proven experience in agency management
