Principal Accountabilities:

  • Develop and implement A/B test strategies with focus on high growth in revenue and ROI in marketing costs.
  • Design growth strategies for existing digital products
  • Build a team of digital analytics experts.
  • Optimize digital marketing performance (with internal stakeholders): SEO, paid search, affiliate marketing, app download, email marketing.
  • Research, identify and implement new online traffic and customer acquisition opportunities.
  • Manage 3 rd party consultant with ongoing planning and implementation of tagging activities.
  • Reporting, analysis and on-going optimization of all digital channels.


  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in top startup companies in area of Tech and Telco.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • High attention to details and very good business/marketing sense.
  • Excellent excel skills to make quick analysis for spending decision.
  • Ability to design rapid A/B tests, prioritize tasks and manage multiple and complex projects under deadline, budget and targets pressure.
  • Good communication skills in persuading and collaborating with diverse, multi-functional teams.
  • Educated to Bachelor’s degree level preferably in Economics, Engineering, Computer Science or related majors.

  • 10+ years of software development experience, with knowledge of Agile software development process
  • Excellent understanding of Node.js, Go, Ruby on Rails, Java, PHP, Perl, SQL, HTML, .Net, JavaScript or CSS
  • Infrastructure knowledge including RESTful APIs, Single Sign On, LDAP, LAMP, Search Technologies
  • Experiences with code refactoring, design patterns, design-driven development, continuous deployment, highly scalable applications, application security
  • Expert in pair programming, continuous integration, test-driven development & incremental design
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL data stores

As Head of Operations for a newly formed media-streaming business unit, you will play the lead role in building the division supporting operational activities including Product Operations and DevOps to support products and services.


  • Investigate, triage and resolve issues with products

Accounting Manager

Job description;

  • Report to Accounting and Finance Director / Management/ CEO and work closely with support team in Thailand.
  • To handle overall accounting record including; AP- Payment, AR-Receipt, Tax, Cash collection, Fixed Assets Management and Intercompany transaction management.
  • Contact with the Bank being in charge for treasury process.
  • Prepare Bank reconciliations.
  • Daily Merchant settlement tasks, which is preparing bank files for payment.
  • Monthly Financial Closing & Reporting and analysis (Balance sheet, P/L and Cash Flow statement, etc.)
  • Supervise junior team members on both technical and soft skill.
  • Ad-hoc assignments, also oversee assignment.


  • Bachelor degree in Accounting.
  • At least 5-10 years’ experience in accounting field (some audit background is advantage).
  • Experience in preparing withholding tax report and VAT report.
  • Excellent accounting software experiences.
  • Expert in Excel.
  • Good command of English, if can communication in Chinese is a plus.
  •  Accuracy and attention to deal with good skill of reconciliation.
  • Keen learning aptitude with innovation.
